Jack came in with confidence and a strong plan to sell my house. As soon as I met him I trusted he could get the job done. His expertise with pricing, listing and getting the word out about my property got things rolling quickly! I was impressed with his consistent communication with myself and prospective buyers, as well as his connections in the industry. We had a whirlwind of showings and in just over a week there were 2 non contingent offers!! He led me through the entire process with ease. My only worry was packing, Jack handled the rest! And at the end of it all, he continues to check in with me to say hi and see how I'm settling into my new home. I highly recommend Jack to anyone looking for a realtor. Jack knew exactly where to price my house and did a fantastic job with showing it on-line. His pictures were outstanding. He was easily accessible with any questions I had and was very thorough with his knowledge with what to do when it came down to multiple offers in one day of showing.
